We have developed specialized engineering expertise for assistance
in the pharmaceutical and food processing industries which involve
the design of cold storage areas meeting CFIA and Agriculture Canada
requirements, material selection, moisture control and zero
tolerance construction techniques.

tenant improvement projects ranging from extensive car park
renovations, roof replacements, to extensive building modification
and change of occupant use.

We have provided technical assistance to owners of multi million
dollar private homes requiring complex renovations and consulting
expertise to condominium boards in establishing reserve funds and
capital improvement plans.

Assistance and technical input in to the introduction of several new
construction products from design concept, government funding, to
code compliance and certification.

Technical support for lawyers and attorneys involved with product
and system failure, insurance claims, design flaws, due diligence,
personal injury and breach of contract for Federal, Provincial,
Judges Chambers, ADR, Taxation and State jurisdiction.
